Established since year 2021, Faircare is a family medicine practice that provides holistic, evidence based and cost effective medical services for the community.

Dr. Zhao Tian | 赵天 医生

Dr Zhao Tian graduated from Fudan University, China in 2012.

 

Prior to Faircare Medical, he had worked in various government restructured hospitals, polyclinics and private GP groups and gained experiences in multiple areas including General Medicine, General Surgery, Emergency Medicine, Urology and Critical Care. 

​

He completed the Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine (GDFM) in 2018 and was accredited as a Family Physician by the Family Physician Accreditation Board (FPAB) in the same year.​

​

Dr. Li Chao｜李超 医生
MD  DWD   GDFM (NUS)    GDOM (NUS)

Dr Li Chao graduated from Fudan University, China in 2012.

​

After graduation, he worked in a variety of departments in restructured hospitals including Orthopedics and A&E. He also gained valued experience from his works in community hospital, hospice and polyclinics. 

 

He obtained Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine (GDFM) in 2019 and Graduate Diploma in Occupational Medicine (GDOM) in 2021, was accredited as a Family Physician and DWD (Designated workplace doctor). He has passed Fellowship of the Royal College of Emergency Medicine (FRCEM) primary in 2020.

Dr. Fang Xiaocong｜方晓聪 医生

MRCP (UK）Dip in Paediatrics (IRELAND)

Dr Fang Xiaocong graduated from Fudan University, China in 2012.

 

She is an accredited Family Physician with the College of Family Physicians, Singapore since 2019. 

​

Prior to joining Faircare, she practiced in government restructured hospitals, government polyclinics and renowned private healthcare group for several years and gained extensive clinical experience in Internal Medicine and Family Medicine.

 

She obtained postgraduate accreditations with the Royal College of Physicians in the United Kingdom (MRCP UK) in 2018. She also completed her Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine from National University of Singapore in 2019 & Diploma in Pediatrics from Ireland in 2021. Dr Fang attained her Master of Medicine in Family Medicine (MMed FM) in 2022.

Dr. Men Xi｜门茜 医生
MD   GDGRM (NUS)  

Dr Men Xi graduated from Peking University, China in 2016.

 

​She also holds Graduate Diploma in Geriatric Medicine (GDGRM) awarded by the National University of Singapore in 2023.

​​​​

Prior to joining Faircare as general practitioner, she worked in a wide range of different departments in public hospital, and also gave her years in subacute care and community medicine.

​

She is knowledgeable in managing patients of all ages as well as in treating a breadth of acute and chronic diseases. In addition to in-person consultations, she is accredited in Telemedicine and aesthetic practice.
